Education

B.S. in Mathematics from Our Lady of the Lake University

M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso
- Specialization in Biomedical Applications

Thesis Title: Use of cosine modulated filter bank to quantify human muscle fatigue using electromyography signals obtained during isometric voluntary contractions.

I’ve been strength training for 15 years and have put in over 15,000+ hours fine-tuning my own nutrition and workout routine. Have you ever struggled to safely achieve the results you wanted?

So did I. Before I became a professional, I overtrained with endless hours of cardio, labored from injury to injury, and had bad rebounds from incorrect dieting. Eventually, I became obsessed with zeroing in on what works for me and what doesn’t, and I do the same for you. As an engineer, I understand that your body is a holistic system; I study the scientific research and integrate the latest findings into your training program.


My Coaching Philosophy

There is no one-size-fits-all strategy for everyone. I understand that moderation and attention to detail are key to building a strong and long-lasting system. I help you find a flexible routine that works for you, because the only plan that works is the one you stick to. You want a coach who will work to truly understand you. I broke through my own personal struggles and achieved my goals, and I can’t wait to help you do it too!
